Business Planning with Third Graders – FirstBank video with Junior Achievement

FirstBank wanted to highlight their nonprofit partnership with Junior Achievement in a way that didn’t feel like a pat on their own back. That was music to our ears — we wouldn’t have it any other way! Within days of pre-production research, it became apparent that it wouldn’t require much for this FirstBank video to feel genuine. FirstBank’s involvement with Junior Achievement (JA) is so incredibly genuine to start out with. And we couldn’t have asked for a more energized volunteer than Karen – a perfect fit our project. The kids were also excited to “be on tv”. When we corrected that it would actually be on YouTube, they just shrugged, of course being on TV meant YouTube…what else would it mean?

Production Notes: research & concept, two half-day shoots, one-person crew, social media edits, $5,700 budget.
